Hello! My name is Rachele McKinney, and I’m the owner of RHM Photography—as well as a proud wife and mother of two. I live in Southern Illinois, the same community where I was raised and now have the joy of raising my own family.

Photography has been a lifelong passion of mine, but it wasn’t until after the birth of my first child that I decided to pursue it professionally—and I’m so thankful I did. Nearly a year into this journey, I’m incredibly grateful for the experiences and opportunities that have helped me grow both creatively and professionally.

My photography style can best be described as warm and dreamy, with an emphasis on capturing natural, flattering light that brings a soft, glowing touch to every image.

One of my favorite parts of this job is helping my clients feel relaxed and confident in front of the camera. I understand that photo sessions can be a bit chaotic—especially with little ones or camera-shy family members! My goal is to create a comfortable, enjoyable experience where genuine moments can unfold naturally. After all, the most beautiful photos are often the imperfect, candid ones that truly capture who you are.
